And that means it's National Novel Writing Month. This year I will take up the challenge along with 60,000 other ambitious people and attempt to actually finish a story. And not any story, but one approximately 50,000 words long.
Frightening thought, since as a sports writer I had to strain to get to just 2,000. What have I done!
Anway, my NaNoWriMo kit tells me that creating this blog will be a good tool to keep on track, as all my loved ones are now required to check in and harrass me about my progress. Over the next four weeks I will post tantalizing snippets and (I'm sure) lots and lots exciting details about the process.
